Allow 1cm variance for all garment measurements (as an example a 56cm garment measurement has a variance of 55-57cm. Please factor that into deciding on the size to order.)

NEW FIT: From June 2022 we have introduced a new fit for the Women's Pioneer Zip-off trousers. This new fit has an increased hip and thigh measurement to allow for less of a straight fit, and a more standard hip measurement which should suit more women. The new fit 1/2 hip size is shown on the size chart above.
1/2 Waist Measurement Note: These trousers are made with an elasticated waistband and a built-in drawstring so that the best fit is that much easier to achieve. The size chart shows both 1/2 Waist (relaxed), and 1/2 Waist (slightly stretched). Once you have measured your own trousers to get the 1/2 waist measurement for them using the instruction below, simply find the range on our size chart into which your trousers' 1/2 waist measurement falls and you should then get your size right. For example if your trousers measure between 39.5cm and 42.5 cm (15.5 inches to 16.7 inches) for the 1/2 waist, then you would order our size Small. Please do note the hip measurement though which may change which size you select based on your hip size.
Three easy steps to ordering the right size:
STEP 1:
You will need the following items:
• Measuring tape
• A flat surface (such as a table or counter)
• A notepad and pen
• An item of clothing from your wardrobe that fits comfortably and is a similar style to the one you wish to purchase
STEP 2:
Referring to the images above, place your garment on a flat surface and record the following measurements:
A. 1/2 Waist: Measure across the top of the waistband from corner to corner.
B. Front Rise: Measure from the top of the front waistband to the crotch seam;
C. Inside Leg: Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg hem.
D. HIP: This is measured 20cm (7.8 inches) down from the waist and then straight across your trousers, as shown in the image below.
STEP 3:
Compare your measurements with our size chart and order the size closest to those measurements. 1/2 Waist is usually the most important measurement if you are in a hurry, but checking all three will make for the most comfortable fit.
TIP: If you do not have a measuring tape, use your credit card. The long side of a credit card measures 8.5cm and the short side is 5.4cm. Simply use the centimetre measurements on our chart and divide by 8.5cm to get an idea of how many credit card lengths equals the measurement you are recording.
