Promotional and discount codes

• Where do I put the promotional/discount code?

  When you are in the basket, click the prompt beneath the orange ‘proceed to checkout’ button on the right-hand side of the page to reveal the field for your promotional or discount code.

• Why won’t my promo code work?

  If you fill in your promotional code in the required field, click ‘apply’, and the discount isn’t applied, it could be for one of the following reasons:
  
  • The item does not qualify for a discount;
  
  • The word is misspelled or has been entered in capitals instead of lower-case or vice versa;
  
  • The promotion has expired
  
  If you are having trouble applying a discount code, please contact us on service@thesafaristore.com.

• I have paid for my order but forgot to use my promo code.

  You will not be able to apply the promo code after you have ordered and paid for any item.

• Can I enter more than one promo code?

  You will not be able to use more than one discount or promotion code on the same order.
