• As an International client will I be charged for Customs and Import charges?

  All non-EU* deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes. Payment for any additional customs duties and taxes will be for your account. For more information on delivery to your country please click here.
  *Post brexit we will monitor to see whether or not clients in the EU will need to pay import duties and taxes.

• How much will customs cost me?

  For international shipments, you may be charged customs duty and fees. Customs charges are out of our hands and your country’s customs office will let the courier or postal service know how much is owed in import duty and taxes - they will then invoice you for payment of any duties and taxes due. It is, unfortunately, impossible for us to predict the ultimate cost of these charges as this depends on a number of variables which are worked out on a case-by-case basis.
